Soft and round and super supple with that Foch cherry richness. Really good.<\/p>\n Made from grapes grown in four vineyards, each with distinct growing conditions and vine age, this wine is greater than the sum of its parts. Soft and silky with multiple layers of flavour, \u00a0it is ruby red\u00a0in\u00a0colour and has the aroma of spiced cherries. The palate shows more cherry notes, along with the hint of Foch smokiness and smooth finish<\/p>\n For those who like a softer, fruitier red this variation of Foch is a big hit.<\/p>\n The touch of extra sweetness brings out the fruit and add heft to the palate. Bottled and drinking beautifully<\/p>\n Great with almost anything or on its own. Dark and full of those classic Cab flavours.<\/p>\n From Red Brick Vineyard on the world famous east bench of Osoyoos.<\/p>\n Crisp and delicious as always.<\/p>\n Our own eclectic mix of five varieties of grapes, it’s a fresh, crisp white that tastes like biting into a Granny Smith apple. Always in short supply and always in high demand, Argus never lasts long but if you’re lucky enough to get some it will be perfect sipping wine on the deck or at the lake. Serve as cold as your fridge will go and have some creamy Havarti and a fruit plate nearby.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ortega is making a comeback after being damaged by cold weather in 2022 and 2023. \u00a0From grapes grown in our own vineyard and from Salmon Arm, this gorgeous white has subtle floral notes, lychee and tropical fruits resembling Gewurztraminer but is lighter, fresher and drier. It’s everything you like about aromatic wines in a crisper, cleaner and fresher package. Stands up to spicy, rich Asian dishes and is our favourite wine with turkey, but is just as nice on movie night or poolside. Serve really cold.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A crisp blend of ros\u00e9s and whites, this is perfect anytime wine. Nothing pretentious about it, \u00a0this is flip-flop wine.<\/p>\n The bold Cabernet grapes are fermented without the skins so all that berry freshness rushes straight to the front. A substantial ros\u00e9 with a deep black fruit flavours and long finish, it pairs with hearty and rich dishes like creamy pastas and savoury chicken and fish entre\u00e9s. Good with turkey, too.<\/p>\n Our lovely northern vineyard Foch, fermented in the classic ros\u00e9 style with minimal skin contact. It’s a lot darker than most ros\u00e9s because Foch has colour in the juice but it tastes as fresh and delightful as its pinky cousins. Think a bowl full of fresh ripe Okanagan cherries. Scrumptious. Will be back in 2026.<\/p>\n International trade laws prevent us from calling this what it tastes like\u00a0but you might find something similar in Porto, Portugal. This is our beautiful Marechal Foch, coddled and cajoled through the long cold winter to keep slowly fermenting until the alcohol level gets above 16 percent. With the addition of medium toast French oak and enough residual sweetness to balance, the result is a rich, potent after-dinner drink that will make you revisit your relationship with chocolate.
